How it works

Six steps from enquiry to chequered flag

We handle scheduling directly — no online booking form decides your slot. A person confirms it with you, in writing.

The 60-ride minimum, explained.

A corporate booking closes the track to the public, so it's priced by rides rather than by heads. Thirty people taking two rides each hits the minimum perfectly — and two rides is what most people want anyway once they've done the first one.

  1. Send the enquiry

    Team size, rough date, and what you're trying to do. The form below writes it out for you.

  2. We confirm a window

    We come back with an available slot, the total ride count and a written quote.

  3. Advance locks the slot

    A confirmation advance holds the track for your window. Balance is invoiced after.

  4. Send us the driver list

    Names for registration and gate clearance. This is what saves you 20 minutes on the day.

  5. Arrive 30 minutes early

    Gate, registration, gear and briefing all happen before your window starts — not inside it.

  6. Race, then take the leaderboard home

    Timed sessions, group standings and a final leaderboard for the whole team.

Your window starts when the clock says so

There is one circuit at Omni. When we block it for your company, the public queue waits — and when your window ends, the public goes back on track. That boundary doesn't move, because moving it means turning away paying walk-in racers who've already waited.

So a group that books 7:00 PM and shows up at 7:25 doesn't get until 8:25. It gets until 8:00. This is the single most common way a corporate day goes badly, and it's entirely avoidable.

What we need from you

  • Driver list sent at least 48 hours ahead
  • Everyone at the base gate 30 minutes before the window
  • CNIC or photo ID for every adult attending
  • One point of contact who can actually herd the group
